Items from the Living Archive Photo Collection are shipped via insured carrier or may be picked up from the JEM Membership office at 784 Eastern Pkwy #403 Brooklyn, NY 11213. Photos are custom printed and cannot be returned. Standard items may be exchanged for credit if returned in their original condition and packaging. Frames or canvases that arrive damaged may be returned. Please contact us to arrange return shipping. Please allow up to two weeks for shipping, as items custom-created for you require longer turnaround time. For special expediency requests, please inquire before placing your order. Upon delivery, inspect parcels for any signs of damage.
